OPTIMA Training had highly experienced trainers who possess a wealth of knowledge in managing and training a multicultural sales team. The training improved core sales skills by addressing our key daily concerns/obstacles making the team closing even more deals. The one day program also drove enthusiasm and a more energetic approach for the commercial team. We will for sure be using OPTIMA again!
